師資
曾玉強(qiáng)博士，南方科技大學(xué)深港微電子學(xué)院助理教授（副研究員），博士生導(dǎo)師。在2013年取得華中科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，并于2018年獲得美國(guó)普渡大學(xué)博士學(xué)位（博士導(dǎo)師：Amy Marconnet），加入南科大前在美國(guó)勞倫斯伯克利國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室任博士后研究員，合作導(dǎo)師為美國(guó)國(guó)家工程院院士Ravi Prasher。課題組聚焦高集成度器件及系統(tǒng)的熱測(cè)量與熱管理研究，主要方向包括微納電子器件散熱，電池智能熱管理，微納尺度熱傳感，電子封裝與異質(zhì)集成等。以第一作者或合作作者于Nature Energy, Nature Nanotechnology, Joule, Nature Commun.(3篇) 和Int. J. Heat Mass Transf.等國(guó)際高水平期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇。入選廣東省青年拔尖，是廣東省創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)核心成員。
